Alpha!! This week we:

- Implemented baby AI to move around and cause havoc

- Redesigned and rescaled our day care

- Reworked oil system

- Baby and parent art integrated

- Re-textured everything

- Added D-pad movement to controller

- Implemented kick aiming with mouse


Based on feedback from playtesting, we've largely reworked our oil system- it's much easier to interact with now and makes more intuitive sense to players. A tutorial level will obviously help with learning the mechanics too, but we're not there yet.

A big challenge addressed this week was AI for our parents and babies. Using behavior trees, our NPCs can now come to life. We have plans for implementing various behavior changes based on baby needs which should be a lot of fun.

Adding kick aiming with mouse has been a massive improvement for our keyboard and mouse players, which is great to hear.
